Osiris statuette

Standing, mummiform figure of Osiris, wearing a tight-fitting dress. He is wearing an atef-crown adorned with a solar disc, ram horns and uraei flanking each feather. Each uraeus is crowned with a solar disc. Osiris has a false beard. The arms are bent and the fists, resting side by side on the chest, hold the nekhekh and the heqa-sceptres. There is a square base under the feet, from which a tenon projects down. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
