Head of a royal statuette representing the king Shabaka. The king has the takia on his head, adorned with the typical two uraei, whose heads are missing. The face is round, the eyes are barely visible because the surface is damaged. The nose is wide and the mouth features full lips. The ears are modelled. The neck is thick, the lower rim is uneven. The remains of the casting core are visible inside the head. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for hollow casts.
