Nehebkau statuette

Figure of a snake-headed god, identifiable as Nehebkau, standing and striding with left leg forward. The god has a tripartite wig, from which the snake head and neck come out. The right arm is at side, the left arm is bent forward, the hands are clenched in fists, but the insignia are missing. The god has an apron type of skirt, decorated with vertical lines and a belt. The leg muscles are slightly indicated. The feet rest on a hollow rectangular base, from which a square tenon projects down. The statuette is mounted on a modern wooden base. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
