Hapy statuette

Kneeling figure of Hapy. The deity wears the typical headdress of aquatic plants and a wig, visible on the back. The face, chest, and abdomen are damaged. Hapy is depicted crouching, with the legs folded beneath the thighs. The arms lie along the sides, supporting two identical objects, probably water jars or vegetal elements. The hands are connected to the legs by a bronze element. Hapy wears a short kilt with a belt. The figurine rests on a thin bronze base, with three rivets at the corners (the one at the front left corner is missing), which secure it to a second hollow rectangular bronze base, with a semicircular opening on the back side. The object is mounted on a modern wooden base. The figure of Hapy is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts, while the base is hollow-cast.
