A wooden Osirian obelisk figure on a rectangular base. It is carved from a single piece of wood.
Osiris is sitting, leaning on the obelisk, and wearing the atef crown. The god holds the scourge and the heka sceptre, rendered with incised lines. The eyes were probably in other material but are lost. The sides of the throne are enhanced by a rishi pattern. On the side of the obelisk is a standing female figure, wearing a dress with a net pattern. Her head is damaged, but she might be either Isis or Nepthys.
The back of the obelisk is incised with a djed pillar. The obelisk contains a linen package that might hold part of an unidentifiable animal, as well as some radio opaque substance.
