This statue was reinscribed for king Ramesses IV (1156-1150 BC), whose cartouches were added on the front and sides of the throne, as well as on the dress of the goddess. Sekhmet is one the aspects of the daughter of the sun, who can also be incarnated in other goddesses, whose names are inscribed on the right side of the throne: Mut, Wadjyt, Bastet, Satet, and Menhit.
