As the numerous statues of Sekhmet were probably all made as part of the same project and during the reign of the same king, a probably unprecedented number of sculptors, of various levels of expertise, must have been involved in making them. This explains the stylistic differences between them. This statue is distinguished by an especially elongated torso, while others are stockier.
