Standing figure of Nehmetaway, striding with left leg forward. The goddess is wearing a headdress composed of a modius, surmounted by a sistrum in form of a naos. The goddess is wearing a tripartite wig decorated with the uraeus and incised with vertical streaks which retain traces of gilding on the front side. Traces of gilding are present on the goddess’ neck and chest. Nehmet-awaj is wearing a long dress. The right arm is at side, the hand is missing. Half of the left arm is broken. The feet are missing, and the statuette is mounted on a modern wooden base. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
