Harpocrates statuette

Seated, naked figure of Harpocrates. The god is wearing the skullcap with a coiled and protruding uraeus. The god is depicted with the side-lock on the right side of the head, decorated and ending with a curl on the right shoulder. Harpocrates has his arms at the sides, the hands open and the palms facing down. The legs are together. The feet rest on a trapezoidal base. The remnant of a broken tenon is present under the front side of the base. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
