Standing figure of Taweret, striding with the left leg forward. The goddess is depicted with the head of a woman and the hybrid body of a hippopotamus with a crocodile tail. She has a chipped solar disc with cow horns on her head. There is a suspension loop on the back of the solar disc, perhaps composed of two bands and blocked by corrosion. The goddess wears a plain tripartite wig. The body is that of a hippopotamus, the breasts are pendulous, the final part of the left breast is broken. The belly is very prominent. The arms are slightly bent along the body, with the hands missing. Behind the back is a crocodile tail. The legs are broken. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
