Slightly convex disc decorated on both sides. On one side, at the centre, a squatting, mummiform, male deity with a ram’s head is depicted, his horns surmounted by a solar disc flanked by two ostrich feathers. On his knees rests an unidentified object, possibly a sceptre. On either side of the ram-headed deity are two winged uraei, crowned respectively with the white crown and the red crown; between their wings is a shen ring. Above the wings are two columns of text, now illegible. The lower part is separated by a double line, below which a fish is represented, from whose mouth emerges a lotus flower. The edge of the disc is bordered by two concentric bands. On the reverse, a man is depicted with his head turned backwards, his head shaven. His right arm is extended behind him, while the left is bent with the hand resting on the abdomen. The bust is shown frontally, and the figure, wearing a kilt, is striding. Beside him are two rosettes. Behind the man is an animal, possibly an antelope, with a baboon seated on its back. In the background of this scene are trees with slender trunks and lanceolate foliage. The lower register, separated as on the obverse by a double line, is decorated with alternating open lotus flowers and buds. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
