Statuette fragment (falcon head)

Head of a falcon. The forehead is flat, the eyes are barely visible, the beak is small and curved, the lower part of the head is round. The entire surface is engraved with small notches and partially covered by a layer of inorganic material, probably plaster used as adhesive for gilding. A broken square tenon projects down from the object. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
