Lamp with long handle and snake-shaped hook

Lamp with a long handle resembling a branch, ending in a papyrus-flower–shaped capital and a hook. The body of the lamp is open, with two dolphins decorating the area between the handle and the body. Their dorsal and lateral fins are modelled, and their snouts rest on the rim of the lamp. The nozzle is long, with two pairs of volutes on each side; it widens towards the end and terminates in a spade-shaped tip. The lamp’s foot, pointed at the front, is hollowed. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
