Frog statuette

Figure of a frog. The head is tilted upwards, there are two protuberances where the eyes should be, the mouth is rendered with an incised line and has a small hole in the centre. The frog's skin is decorated with small circles with a dot in the centre. The front legs are bent, the toes are indicated with incised lines. The hind legs are bent at the sides of the body. Perhaps it was part of a fountain. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for hollow casts.
