Figure of a cobra. On the head it has broken horns or a ka sign (Gardiner D28), surmounted by a solar disc divided into 4 parts, surmounted in turn by a modius and a naos. On the forehead, there is a decoration. The central part, representing the ventral scales, and the hood are decorated. The body of the cobra is flat and bent, being concave at the back. The tail is folded back, forming a loop at the bottom, and continues sinuously. The figure rests on a trapezoidal base decorated with three vertical lines, possibly representing a naos. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
