Figure of a falcon with double crown. The crown is missing its lituus and is decorated with the uraeus. The falcon’s face is rather flat, the eyes are small, round, and raised. The beak is small. The chest forms a gentle curve and is decorated with a collar consisting of multiple registers. The wings are tightly folded against the body. The plumage details are indicated. The wings create a raised V-shape above the tail, which end is flat. Under the tail is what remains of a bronze base, which likely connected the tail to the feet. The falcon’s trousers are indicated, the legs are missing. The figure is mounted on a modern wooden base. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
