An ibis mummy in a teardrop-shaped bundle, held together by a rectangular plain linen shroud that overlaps on the back, possibly secured by resin or gum Arabic. Three fragments of horizontal strips remain on the wider end. The whole is edged by a wide folded bandage held in place by spots of resinous material and a second, narrower one, with the fragmentary remains of a third one. Breaks in the outer wrappings show textiles of different quality. The CT scan shows a bundle of feathers and the entire low portion of the beak of a Sacred Ibis, broken off from the skull, wrapped in several layers of bandages and coarse pieces of linen.
