Figure of enthroned Serapis with Cerberus at his feet. The god Serapis wears a kalathos on his head. He has long hair and a full beard. The god is dressed in draped himation that covers the lower body and wraps around the left arm, which is broken. The right arm is alongside the body, with the hand open and the palm facing down. Behind the backrest, there is what appears to be a suspension loop, now broken. Inside the throne, there are remains of mould material. The figure of Cerberus stands next to the god’s feet, on the right. The group rests on a base. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
