Statuette of a priest holding a baboon figure

Standing figure of a priest, striding with left leg forward and holding a baboon figure. The priest’s head is shaven, the facial features are not visible because of corrosion. The right arm is raised and bent, forming a straight angle, the hand is missing. The left arm is along the body and the hand is holding the figure of a squatting baboon, crowned with a moon disk resting on the crescent moon. The priest is wearing an ankle-length garment. The feet rest on a rectangular base, from which a broken square tenon projects down. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
