Two couples are seated on either side of a table laden with offerings. Below is the image of the dedicator of the stela, Ahmose, called “their son who makes their name live.” He is dressed with the leopard skin of the officiator. The man was a “guardian of the temple of Amon Heneq-ankh” in nearby Thebes, where a joint cult of Amon and Tuthmosis III was possibly performed. The style of the stela dates it indeed from the time of Tuthmosis III or shortly thereafter.
