Harpocrates statuette

Figure of Harpocrates, depicted in Hellenistic manner, depicted as a nude and standing child. He has curly hair framing his face and a pointed cap engraved at the back of his head. His face is plump, and the features are barely visible due to corrosion. The figure is overall chubby, with a dynamic pose that forms a sort of S shape, the head turned to the right along with the torso. Harpocrates is bringing his now-missing right index finger to his mouth. The left arm is missing. The lower part of the legs is missing. The figure is mounted on a modern wooden base. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
