Amulet depicting the god Thoth

Figure of ibis with ostrich feather. The ibis is wearing a crown, perhaps an atef-crown. The beak is long and curved, the body is elongated, tapering towards the end. There is a suspension loop at the back, between the neck and the body. The ibis is striding, the left foot forward, the toes are indicated. The ibis has an ostrich feather in front of it, which probably represents the goddess Maat. The ibis and the feather rest on a thin rectangular base. The object is made in the lost-wax technique for solid casts.
