The sculpture joins with a fragment now in the Museo Archeologico in Florence (N. 8708), here replaced by a cast. The man wears an amulet around his neck and his body is covered by spells against diseases. He hold in his hands a stela with the figure of the baby Horus, facing forward, standing on a crocodile and holding dangerous and poisonous animals in his hands. On the top, a head of the god Bes is protecting the scene.
